Two Weeks and it’s still not operational
It seems self-explanatory, but I have not been able to get it to operate. The directions are very poor and have no troubleshooting information. I have been working on it for two weeks now. It either does not go on at all or it goes on and does not turn off. I would not purchase this brand again.

The two outlet is pretty similar to what I bought last time. I had good luck with the previous one, which lasted 5 or 6 years, so I went with the same brand. I've had this one (and another two outlet for the other side of my house) for a couple of weeks and it is working perfectly. I did take it off and bring it inside during a cold snap, so the water didn't freeze inside of it, (which I forgot to do with my last one, which is what finally killed it) and no issues whatsoever.
