I laid it out in the sun for a bit to soften it up and get some of the curve out of the tubing. I used a few bricks to lay on top of the tubing to get it to straighten out and it was much easier to work with. I used a PVC cutter to keep the cuts straight and clean. I didn't use a knife, they can leave a jagged edge if you don't get everything lined up and the knife is dull. Now I put the rest on...
