I have tried the new
I have tried the new oven burning wood for hours trying to get the base plate to heat up and it still never got hot enough. I then purchased Propane adapter and tried doing the same and following all the directions. Still, the plate does not get hot enough to brown the bottom of my pizza. I get a better cook in my oven on a stone…. Open to any suggestions as I would really like this to work!

Arrived with dents and called
Arrived with dents and called support. They issued a 10% to my credit card. Also was disappointed that holes were not drilled through the top for the propane gas line to connect to the pizza oven. Not to mention the tank would not fit underneath so we had to raise the shelf. The design of the table was not thought out whatsoever. We made it work but we shouldn’t have had to do anything due to the cost of the table. I would not recommend this item.

I'm worried about the longevity of this table. The metal top was dented. There appeared to be rusting / damage to several parts straight out of the box and it was very difficult to put together properly. I have put together plenty of flat pack furniture. This was easily the most irritating to assemble. On top of the above, it's incredibly ugly and not particularly functional! Sadly there aren't really many suitable alternatives for the Karu 16.
