I would not buy this again, ever.

The wick won't stay lit. Bought them for a party and all the candles went out. I'm now scraping all the wax out and trying to restart...they go out. I'd like a refund, please!

Another sad story

One wick was accessible and functional. The others, no matter how hard we tried, could not be cleared of the wax enough to light. Not one time.

Work

Directions state do not repel mosquitoes but it does in close proximity. I've used these for years & they have pleasant sent.

Complete and utter garbage

Used once. Once I blew the candle out and the wax was soft, two wicks disappeared. Candle won't stay lit with one wick. Tried to find the other, and made a mess

Mosquito Delight

“NOT INTENDED TO REPEL MOSQUITOS”, so says packaging on this OFF! citronella candle. Fending off mosquitoes is why I bought this OFF! product. Disappointing surprise.

Would rate 0 if I could

Buries the wick. Every candle on the market has a wick running the length of the container/wax pour. Off! places their wicks just below the wax surface, so if you burn for too long or leave outside in the heat, the entire wick sinks to the bottom and is no longer usually. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING THIS PRODUCT!!!!

just like most of the other reviews... Don't Buy!

These were on display right by the register and bought off the cuff only to learn that they didn't repel mosquitoes.. which was fine; I was going to burn it outside either way. until I realize that this won't even burn! it kept going out... there's too much wax and too tiny of a wick for it to stay burning. really sad, actually...

A waste of money

I used this daily for less than a week and all the wax has gone up and around the wicks. I can't even find them and I have more than half the wax left which now makes it useless.

Does not work

Very disappointed SC Johnson. I should have read reviews and packaging. Need to dc this item.

Do not recommend

It works if you can keep the wicks burning. The wax suffocates the burning wicks.

Misleading

When most people see the OFF! brand, they usually assume the product keeps insects OFF or away from the area. HOWEVER, the packaging of the candle indicates the candle will NOT repel mosquitoes. Shame on me for not reading the package, but shame on the Johnson Company for marketing this product alongside of other repellents.

Don't buy

I bought the 3 wick candle and right from the start had nothing but aggravation, it would not stay lit, my husband had to dig around the wicks just to get them to burn And still wouldn't work right. I pay good money to get good things, that was a waste of my money never again

Nope! Very misleading

My husband brought this home for our backyard in Florida where I'm sure mosquitos are mass produced and to our surprise the OFF brand doesn't repel mosquitoes?! That's literally what your company does! It was on the same display as the spray. That I'm now sure also is for that backyard feel. Smh.

No stars from me

These lousy candles were positioned next to the spray repellents in the store. Obviously like everyone else, we discovered they don't work and in the merchant response they say they aren't suppose to repel mosquitos. Well why not! Who made that stupid decision to produce such a thing and slap the Off name on it. Moreover, don't even try to say it was a mistake for the merchant to place these by the spray repellents cause they follow your recommendations for product placement. Good money thrown d...

ruined my patio table and concrete

There was a hole in the container so when the temp hit 95° the candle leaked out of the container and went all over my patio table and concrete. A cheap candle just cost me so much money in damage. Dont waste your money on this product unless you really want to waste money replacing furniture and having your patio professionally cleaned.
