Would Not RecommendIn addition to the poor design and the flame blowing out constantly, I bought it to repel bugs. It was only after I bought it that I saw it does not repel mosquitoes. I thought that was the point, especially from a brand that sells bug spray.

The smell of OFF without any of the benifits
Would Not RecommendI know it explicitly says it doesn't repel mosquitos. However, this is defining characteristic what OFF is known for. With the name OFF comes an expectation, the expectation is to keep insects off. I get it; this product is unintentionally misleading. But given the brand being OFF it's unavoidably misleading customers.

Would Not RecommendMy pregnant wife and I wanted to spend an evening on the patio mosquito free and tried using this candle. We ended up getting eaten alive. I later saw the label says 'does not repel mosquitoes'. I grew up trusting and using the brand Off and never once thought they made products like this. I will read the small print on the all labels in the future. I'm such a fool.

Would Not RecommendThis is a cheap scented candle, nothing more but a total misuse of their brand. I purchased the product thinking it repelled mosquitos because it's the OFF brand -- that's what they do. But nope. The Lowe's employee laughed when I showed her the reason for return, right there below the OFF logo: "Not intended to repel mosquitos."

Would Not RecommendWhy would they put the OFF brand on a candle that has no bug repellent's. They should've just put SC Johnson on it. It's like putting "Hershey's" on a snack product, and then opening up to find an apple.
