Would RecommendOur bath tub has a drum type clean-out. When our plumber removed the old cast iron plug ( it had to be destroyed in order to get that open) this is what we used in its place to access our plumbing in the future when the trap needs another clean/ rodding. Still going strong after 1.5 years.

Would RecommendI needed to close off an old fashioned air pipe vent that went behind my kitchen wall that kept on getting plugged, so now I installed a new type air flow connection to go straight down thru the floor to basement floor drain. This Gripper PVC DWV TEST PLUG worked great ! I don't have to open the wall up to remove the pipe. Its an easy fix to a seal off the pipe.
