Only Worked First Year

I bought this last year and only used a small amount. I get it out this year and the wand has stopped working. It makes some sound like it wants to work but nothing comes out. What a waste. I still have over 3/4 in the container but it won’t spray out.

Done with this product- sprayer wand default

Purchased it for the second time used it one time worked perfectly and in a month went again and the sprayer wand does not work!!! Did a troubleshooting and it works without the straw outside the container when I placed the straw it doesn’t!!! Second time with this same product and I’m done!!!!!

It saves on pest control cost

I first would like to say that I buy this product every year to spray inside and out. It really does work! But my problem is, once I’ve used the one time, my sprayer will not work any more. The batteries r working but it’s not pumping the chemical through my wand. This is the 3rd bottle I have purchased and it’s the same issue. Wand stopped working.

Bought last month and wand just makes noise and nothing comes out. Changed battery but did not help.

Big problem no solution??

I bought this two months ago and still have insect problems it's like I never put the product in???I am almost out of this and I found a big spider this morning by my shoes?? My home is not that old and I have this problem is there any other product that is effective?? Oh yes also I don't know how or when these roaches came in but I don't leave anything out my food are all in containers the same as my pantry

Great while i actually sprays

Product was great while it sprayed. I have had two bottles of this now and both have stopped spraying after the second use. I spray my baseboards once a month and each bottle, after the second use, no longer sprays.

Doesn't kill roaches at all. Sprayed everywhere and they just thumb their noses as they parade over the rug so fast we can't kill them. Cmon, make something that actually works and not toxic to animals!!!

Wand no longer works correctly

Perfect product!

Saturday morning, I discovered moths in the ceiling of my home office closet. I rushed to the hardware store and purchased Home Defense. As I reviewed the instructions, I discovered I needed Home Defense Max for clothing moths. A second hardware store had Home Defense Max. Returning home with the correct product, I discovered growing infestation of the moths. They were on the walls and the wire shelving. I bought it 2 days ago, sprayed it and it didn’t work.

Buy something else

I will offer a suggestion....design a wand that will actually work more than once. I've replaced the batteries, cleaned the tube, cleaned the cap (the wand works if the cap is under water), and held the container up while holding squeezing the trigger.....nothing. I've read reviews on this product and I'm not the only person whose expressed disappointment with it. Apparently, you either don't read the reviews or you don't really care. Can you recommend another company with a better wand?

Bad wands

Bought both indoor and outdoor and both wands stopped working. New batteries did nothing.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

I've used this for six weeks and it hasn't worked at all. I've followed the instructions, online tutorials, and done the job properly but they don't die. Not like they keep coming back, more like it doesn't phase them and hasn't from the beginning. 10/10 will never buy again.

I bought this about two weeks ago and I'm a little disappointed it's like the roaches enjoyed it they come back with a vengeance

Never again

I bought 3 containers, used top to bottom in my house and still have a ridiculous amount of fleas , I’ve tried spray multiple times since with no results . Very disappointed

Not worth the money

Bought 2 containers neither works I sprayed from top to bottom and I still have fleas. I didn't think to keep my receipts because ortho is trusted but this is not working in being eaten alive. 2 containers not what's promised and I sprayed everything and covered everything so that's not the issue.

POOR CHOOSE

I have ben using for about a month I and I am very disappoint with this product it has done very little to slow out ant problem . I have spray foundation inside and out all the basement floor boards an every day we have small ants some where else. will not recommend
