It is an air fryer, dehydrator, convection oven all in one. I am pleasantly surprised with the fan and how cool the outside of the element is. I love that it preheats to the proper temperature. I also love the temperature control gauge that you can insert and have it the exact temperature that you want your meat so that you never overcook or undercook it.

It was all a bit overwhelming at first. I still have to perfect some of the times and visit all of the many choices I have for using this but I love all the options.
