Broke after 1 year and 4 months

Bought this for my wife and we loved it... until it stopped working. The warranty is for only 1 year and after 1 year and 4 months it simply stopped working. We used it and it worked fine. We cleaned the baskets and dried them and then unplugged the Foodi and put it back in the pantry. A few days later, we took it out to use and plugged it in. Nothing. Amazing!

I've purchased with ninja before and I'm always very impressed. I already had the 6qt pressure cooker and felt I needed one a little bigger and I'm so in love. The design is much sleeker. I love that it's matte black and not shiny. It has more features that I have to learn but I'm so excited. Can't wait to make jerky and yogurt.

Bull crap On lifetime warranty

On TV I bought a coffee pot to said a lifetime warranty I don’t remember exactly how long I had the first one and had to have it replaced the one that I have now is does not have a lifetime warranty I think it’s pretty deceiving to say a lifetime warranty and then when you replace it that’s a lifetime warranty is gone so I will not buy another ninja product I take care of my all my products They were not have abused

Great Buy!

We’ve used the Foodie for roasts, soups, and casseroles. I make applesauce each fall and this has cut my time in the kitchen down considerably. We are a Ninja family!

Very nice pressure cooker and air fryer

The first time I used my Foodi for pressure cooking it would not come up to pressure. I found the pressure mechanism to be loose so I tightened up the nut. I also had to flip over the gasket and reinstall it. After that it would build up pressure and count down the minutes.

Love love love love this. Just buy it!

I bought this a month ago and have used it every day since. There is nothing it can't do! I use the air fryer and roasting functions constantly and I use the pressure cooker for frozen foods that I then air fry (takes no time at all). I can't recommend this highly enough.

Do Not Buy!!!!! Does not last!!

I had this and loved it but it stopped working in less than 2 years of use. Even more disappointing is that it couldn't be fixed and warranty was up. For such an expensive unit warranty should be longer than 1 year. Error8 message. So angry

Great versatility

We are very pleased with this appliance. While it is heavy and a bit cumbersome the many different ways to cook food makes it worthwhile. We have made our weekly oatmeal, chicken and shrimp kebabs, rice, pork and saurkraut so far. Everything was delicious and quick to make.

I’m in love!

I’ve had the Foodi for a few weeks and have used it to cook all but one dinner since! I gave away my food dehydrator, crock pot, and air fryer oven to make room for it and I’m so glad that I did. It works great and I love searing, cooking, and crisping everything in one pot for easy cleanup. I cook about 5 nights a week so I’m glad I made the investment. Air fryer/crisper is awesome!

I bought this right before my kitchen underwent complete renovation. I we really interested in the air fryer based on other friends use. But when I started shopping I found this and went for it. I have used it to cook all or parts of my meals since the day it arrived. Cooking is easy, fast, delicious and EASY clean up. No more grease all over the stove and messy pans to clean. Fresh spring asparagus in the crisper cooking is amazing, like cooking it on the grill without all the preparation....

Would be nice if it worked

I bought the food I and if I close the lid it doesn’t work, but it I leave it open it starts! Kinda makes it hard to cook anything!

Love this product everything I’ve made tastes delicious. I’ve made roasts and whole chickens. With the chicken it was cooked within 30 min... I pressure cooked first and then I air fried and it was better than Swiss chalet. I don’t even throw away left over fries anymore, they crisp back up in 5 min in air fryer.

Thank God for reviews ! I was going to buy the 8-qt. Ninja Foodi but not after reading how this Ninja company takes the your money and disappears... no produce support and they only want to sell you a whole replacement. These people are just as bad a FoodSaver.

When my instant pot

When my instant pot died shortly after a year of use I decided to try something from a brand I knew would last. I mean our blender still works like a champ. While this is more expensive and much larger than the instant pot it gets used so much more than the instant pot ever did. I have had this for 2 years now and recommend it to everyone. The fact that it is a multi function appliance also means no storing an air fryer and a pressure cooker just the one appliance.
