Amazing

I bought this product a month ago and I'm satisfied that it works with my existing ever focase and LTS cameras and it came with more cameras to add on I am however not satisfied with the sharing teacher in the app it resides when it wants to work but I will forever have night owl as my 1st choice in security cameras

Camera system is great app is unusable

We have owned the night our security system for several years, we are on our third system. The last system that finally wore out this week we purchased in 2017 and utilized The night owl HD app. I utilize an old tablet as a monitor in my work area so that I can see when I have deliveries. The tablet is mounted and displayed my four primary cameras throughout the day uninterrupted. It is too far from the system itself to use a cable to have the normal monitoring. I think it is a very good product and I feel very secure being able to see all around the house at anytime.

Can’t set up account

I’m not sure how good or bad the system is, I’m unable to set up an account using the recommended app. I can put all of my info in, but the continue button does not do a thing. I can’t set up an account, and I can’t go forward. I guess Monday I’ll have to call at lunchtime

Excellent system

I bought this 2 weeks ago. The set up was simple plug and play. The most time spent was running the camera cables to their positions. The camera views are very clear and have a generous view of the area. I have recommended this system to 2 others already. I showed my friend the camera views on my phone and he ordered the same system the next day.

Like the video quality and human recognition

This was an upgrade from an older Night Owl system. The motion detection on the older system resulted in a lot of "false alarms" so most of the time the notifications were turned off. This system does a much better job of detecting humans and therefore reducing false notifications. My only complaint is that the app and CMS software could use a little more detail on all the features and instructions.

I've gotten these cameras from another store before and not had any issues with them. I have peace of mind knowing my property is secure and protected even if I'm away. The cost was very reasonable considering all I receive with my purchase.

Cameras show very detailed pictures. System is easy to use and operate.

Replacement

Bought this system to replace a prior night owl system. I didn’t have to rerun wires the new cameras plugged right into the existing cables and then the dvr was plug and play as well. Still working on getting familiar with the new system but so far so good I’m happy with it. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because I’m still getting familiar with the system.

Great resolution

I am in medical and technically challenged. The app is easy to use, dvr as well. Picture quality on both is clear, day and night. My old system was grainy and slow and this is 100x better! Great security system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent high quality security camera system. Easy setup process that toke me about 25 minutes to complete. Each cameras are well made and looks like it will last me a long time. Looks very slick and easy to mount. Picture quality is superb. You could see great details even when zooming in. The 2tb DVR is a major plus. No need to pay extra for any outside service to provide recording.

Great System

The fact that it is a wired system had me worried but with the help of someone that’s handy, it was pretty easy! Plus side, it’s more reliable than a wireless system. The image is sharp and clear. The app was easy to navigate. I was a little disappointed that the cameras were plastic but that’s just a small con. I still give this system 5 stars!!
