Crisp image

My new system provides a crisp image with good detail. Controls are very good and better than my previous system.

System Operates as Advertised.

This is the second Night Owl system purchased. The first one was damaged from a power surge. The new system works better, buy is still a little difficult sometimes to see the cameras on the cell phone. It doesn't always want to connect. I can't say if it is the internet connection or just the way the system operates. The video is very clear with the new cameras. It's a great system for what it cost.

I bought this recorder to replace a broken one. And I’m very happy with the results.

Wonderful upgrade!

I upgraded from wireless to the wired and can’t be more happy! The upgraded software it is also a huge plus! My images are crystal clear and the resolution is wonderful! I can’t be more happy! This is money well spent!

PERFECT UPGRADE

This unit is a replacement for an older model. The software is much nicer to work with. The older unit handled 8 cameras and the new one handles 12. The one and only issue is with the remote software. You must have a cellphone to set it up. The world still has people who do not need nor want a cellphone. Just bought this a week ago, 6/19/21, and the product was really what I expected, pros: 1. easy set up and configuration, and installation 2. pictures in live view or review were crystal clear, even with zoom in 3. broader view angle, 85 degree 4. The cameras and very good quality

The system is very easy to install and use . I did wish it hD the two way speaker in the hard wired cameras. But I did have a problem trying to buy the system. 5 hours being thrown from one department to another and all of them saying that it wasn't there department to fix the problem. I recently purchase the 4K Ultra Wired 10 camera system and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. My home is now protected by crystal clear 4K security. It was easy to connect and set up! I’ll be ordering more product and referring friends and family.

Junk

Having owned a Night Owl camera system before, I am very disappointed in this new unit. It's not user friendly and required help from tech support which when they got to a point where they didn't know what to do, that was it - no more support. The system is to be remotely viewable but only through an app called Night Owl Protect which doesn't work most of the time. Had a lot of issues trying to connect via my iphone or laptop and never did work properly. Thumbs down to Night Owl. Never will...

I bought this product a month ago and I'm satisfied that it works with my existing ever focase and LTS cameras and it came with more cameras to add on I am however not satisfied with the sharing teacher in the app it resides when it wants to work but I will forever have night owl as my 1st choice in security cameras

Camera system is great app is unusable

We have owned the night our security system for several years, we are on our third system. The last system that finally wore out this week we purchased in 2017 and utilized The night owl HD app. I utilize an old tablet as a monitor in my work area so that I can see when I have deliveries. The tablet is mounted and displayed my four primary cameras throughout the day uninterrupted. It is too far from the system itself to use a cable to have the normal monitoring.
