Would Not RecommendI installed these on four deck gates. A total of nine hinges. Every last one of them is junk. It seems when the temps get down below freezing, the torsion springs loose their tension. I have retightened then at least twice and after that there is no more adjustment. TWO THUMBS DOWN.
