Would RecommendThis sticks to the bottom of your rug, it's not realy a tape. I did not want to hurt my floors so I tried this Great Tape. Works for me.

Unhappy with poor quality adhesive backing tape.
Product states it works on tile, hardwood floors, etc., and is not designed to work on top of carpets. Thought I would try it on top of carpet anyway. Verified it absolutely does not work on top of carpet. Reason for 3 stars is the backing tape splits much like old tape and requires constant attention and peeling away splits. Difficult to apply and get to lay flat on carpet. Used a roller to alleviate this issue, with only moderate success.

Would RecommendGreat grip without taping to the floor. Have lots of pet & kid traffic and the rubber nonskid keeps the rugs in place when the kiddos are running around the house!
