Love my system it’s a WNVR -C20-81 but I need an additional camera but can’t find one.

Great NVR and Cameras - bad instruct/procedures

I bought an 8-channel NVR / 4-camera package (wired power, wifi image streaming) for my parents in 2017. They have worked flawlessly for 5 years now though I recall the setup was frustrating. I bought the same package (but 2022 version) recently - having same experience. But when setup I'm confident they will work reliably and as good as the system I had purchased for my parents 5 years ago.

Solid system but configuration is a bear

I received my system a couple weeks ago and got it installed. The cameras are nice, images are clear and crisp, and there are many things that can be configured with the system giving a lot of flexibility. Out of the box my cameras were not pre-paired to the receiver, so nothing worked. The install guide and online videos didn't help. I did an online chat with Support and they walked me through the pairing process. The Support team was great and the pairing process was easy but it was frust...

This is an upgrade to an smaller system we've had for years. The cameras from the old system are compatible with this one and it works great. Have contacted customer service a few times with questions and they are very responsive.

We bought this to install while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. Even though they are just temporarily set up we can see what is going on at home when we are 1700 miles away. Can't wait to set cameras permanently and learn more about the features of Night Owl.

I think most of your products are great, however the camera I purchased would not work, but I was able to return it for repair or replacement. I am waiting on your service center to return it, sometimes things just happen. Thanks again Kendall Whitesel

Easy to install and program.

I only had one minor issue with the hook up. Tech support was easy to reach. The tech didn't seem to know how to help. While talking to him I figured how to correct the problem. Other than that call, the system works good. I installed two cameras under my car port and two inside my house. The images are clear in daylight and night vision is not great, but good within 15 feet for seeing faces.

Pretty good system so far.

Over all I'm pleased with how well this wireless system works, I was worried that with a brick home it would have problems getting signals to the base unit but so far its picking up a clean feed 80 to 90 feet away through brick. The only reason i give it 4 star and not 5 is software for cms connect partially working, I get a clean live feed but playback of an event does not work. I have latest versions of android and cms software reinstalled and checked all settings still only plays back events...

Decent camera system, easy to use app.

Picture quality is nice, but I did need to reset each camera in order to pair them. App is super easy to use.

Replaced my Anran system with this and it is far better in every way. Had some problems getting it set up but the on line live chat person spent a lot patient time with me and solved my problems. Great support.

surprising range

After buying & returning a different model Night Owl camera that not connect with my Night Owl system, I was hesitant to purchase this model. Surprising it connected right up. Most important, it worked on a building approx 150 foot from my receiver. The only problem I had was a stripped out set screw on the rotary connection between the camera and the base. i just purchased the above camera system. the first three camers looked great however when i plugged in the fouth camera the power supply for it virst into flames and caught my house on fire. i was able to put the fire out but i am waiting on the company to compensate me for the damage.
