My Netgear router takes a licking and keeps on ticking! I had an electrical issue at my business that fried other devices. This just needed a reset. The cable had issues and again all that was required was a reset. Even my cable tech agreed this is the most trouble free unit he comes in to contact with. Highly recommended.

Worries Free
I am an IT Tech and while I have used various types and models of routers in the past, this Netgear router out-weights any other router on configuration and used. Configuration is pretty much “zero” think of it as a Windows Plug and Play device. Anyone with limited or no technical experience will benefit from this device. It is highly recommended!

R6400v2 router
Replaced an older Netgear router with the R6400v2 recently. Setup was very clean with the Nighthawk app on the iPhone. Performance is noticeably improved, compared to the previous router. Highly recommend this affordable unit!

Signal drops
It's been a while before we started having issued. Our master bedroom is the furthest from the router and our signal started dropping here and there lately. Was going on for a few months we finally did a factory reset and so far so good. But it does drop through out the house sometimes to. Still a little spotty but way better than what it was.

Too slow
For the past few days am trying to reconnect cameras and garage motor to connect and the massages I get from this things are INTERNET WEAK.. I never had this issue before.. sad no good for me ..

Convenient app for settings
Bought my router used and it works great! I have dual band and I like that I can go into setting through the app. We use this for work, school and gaming. No issues here.

Great Product Crappy Room
I got this router as I am using Netgear mesh networks at a few of my businesses and needed something for one of my studios. The ceiling in this studio is absolutely wild and very rough on wifi signals. I have been having issues finding the right location for this router but I'm testing a few ideas as I go. I'm so excited to have more Netgear products on my app to track issues.
