Great Coffee Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mr. Coffee 14 cup programmable coffee maker is great. I love the sleek design. This coffee maker is really easy to use. It’s really convenient for me to be able to program this to run in the early morning so I can grab a cup and go. The “keep warm” function works really well and has kept the coffee hot for 3 hrs after it was brewed. This makes 3 light beeps after it is finished brewing. This is definitely a great machine.

I set it up at bedtime for what time I want it to come on in the morning and brew me a fresh pot of coffee!! It is absolutely perfect!! It's super easy to setup and use!! It's easy to clean as well!!

It was relatively easy to clean, no more trouble than you’d expect. It doesn’t take up a ton of room on my counter either.

Great coffee is ready at the perfect time

Incredibly convenient knowing that it’s waiting for me — and it’s pretty great to wake up to that freshly brewed coffee smell.

What is the #1 call for repair or parts with this particular coffee maker (14cup). Could it be replacement carafe? If so why is one not available. I'm sure you are arranging to make them available so when can we expect availability. You really dropped the ball on this one.

I love that it has a timer so you can set it to automatically start brewing in the morning. This is a great feature!! Perfect for a houseful of coffee drinkers

Just a time saver in general and it served everyone their morning cuppa joe without having to wait for another pot to brew. Easy to operate and clean.

Nice and improvement

My husband is a huge coffee drinker and the 14 cups is perfect for us. The carafe part is a little annoying, it’s plastic and the way it’s designed, when trying to clean? There’s always a littttle bit of water left.

I really like the reusable filter. Grabbing a cup while brewing is easy and doesn't leave a mess. The overall unit is heavy duty and takes up as much space as is necessary for its size. The plastic around the spout is a tad too bulky, hence the lack of a fifth star.
