Would RecommendI bought this item to cover wires to prevent animals, (rabits), from chewing wires. They are easy to get onto the wires and they work. I wish there were some that are flexible for small areas.

Would RecommendJust needed to conceal and protect1 small cable for a short distance. This does the trick. Be aware, the raceway is challenging to get open in order to insert the cord, but a screw driver worked well to get it started. It also cut fairly easily to length.

Would Not RecommendMy local Lowe's has substituted the equivalent Wiremold product with this cord channel from Mono Systems. Trust me when I say the difference is huge. Tattooing a live, rabid grizzly bear and living to tell about the experience would be a less futile endeavor than trying to hide a single strand of 18/2 lamp cord in this stuff.
