Product performed as needed, was easy to cut to required lengths and took latex paint well to blend into surrounding woodwork. I did screw it down trough TE back for additional rigidity, a I was concerned about the tape strips long term grip, being outdoors in the elements. Also, had to put a small bead of caulk under the lip as I snapped on the cove piece to keep it from sliding along the base piece.

The cover snaps in place securely but is easy enough to get off when needed. The paper tape that covers the adhesive mount on the back is hard to get off, though, and it tends to tear as you pull it. It requires some extra attention and patience to remove cleanly.
