Used it on two homes, now. Honestly, it worked without any brushing on two homes with moderate to heavy mildew. Used it on both brick and vinyl. Works well - as advertised

Easy to use, just attach to the hose and turn it on. Smells like bleach water, need to be careful about getting it on plants, but it cleans the siding and trek decking with no hassle. Cheap - about $8 a bottle at Lowes. Needed 3 bottles to cover the back of a 2 story house with some decking.

AMAZING Results!!!

I've tried just cleaning my vinyl covered patio with an electric power washer for a few years, but just haven't been able to get rid of the mildew stains no matter what. I called Lowe's and asked them what they recommended, this E-Z House wash was it. Easy directions, easy to use, and my lord did it work FANTASTIC!! The white posts and rails are absolutely clean again!! No spots! And best of all, it didn't hurt my wood deck or my plants/grass! I HIGHLY recommend this! It works GREAT!

This stuff is AMAZING!

Purchased yesterday to try based on the reviews to clean north side of house. My husband first did our deck, and quickly we realized how amazing this stuff is. Best mold remover on the market!!!!!!!!

Have used this product on both vinyl and painted wood siding. The result was outstanding! If you can use a water hose you can do this project. Spray water on plants/shrubs adjacent to work area as directed on label. Attach product container to hose and off you go. So simple even a caveman could do it. Be patient and let the product work it's majic.

Great on siding just ehhh on brick

So we followed instructions exactly and even gave it a 2nd application but this product didn't take away the mildew we had on our brick siding...it lightened the color but that's it. It did however do a great job on our siding, you could really see the color difference and looks nice and clean again. Siding yes, brick no.

The north side of my house was so full of mold and mildew. I was able to clean it up with very little effort on my part. Looks great and saved me hundreds of dollars of hiring a someone to pressure wash it.

This stuff is awesome

Had gotten a letter from my HOA to clean the mildew off the back of my house and did not know how I was going to get up that high without assistance. I have a pressure washer but still could not get up high enough to clean it off. Bought this stuff sprayed it on left it for about 10 minutes and viola it came off. Saved me from having to hire someone to do ti for me.

Home Armor EZ House Wash

I bought this about a month ago to clean my vinyl siding. I was going to use it along with my power washer.. After trying for several minutes to start the dang thing I decided to just use the power wash attached to my hose. This is the best solution I ever used. My siding looked like new. I called my sister my mom and my friend to brag about this Home Armor House Wash. I will be using this for now on. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

Does the job

I'm on my 2nd bottle now. It is easy to use and works very well I had failed to shake the first bottle and it still worked although I had do some parts a 2nd time. Shook next bottle and 1 try was generally enough. The sprayer does not go as far with the 2nd bottle so if you are happy with the first sprayer, save it so you have it available. Will be buying more to finish the job. Siding looks clean and is free of dirt and mold. Sure beats having to use a power washer.

Save your money

I have good water pressure and can reach the 2nd floor with a garden hose, this does not. It also didn't cover 4000 sq ft I only did 1 side of my house. I'll go back to a 25% mix of bleach and water, bleach is cheap. Either in my pressure washer or garden sprayer. I gave it 1 star because you have to give it something.

Works Great

This product works great. I purchased this 1/2 gallon size with the spray attachment and purchased the gallon size, which is a much better value, to refill the smaller size with the spray attachment. Our all siding house had not been cleaned in 5 years, and it had both green algae and mildew on it. It did take 2 applications on some parts of the house because the algae and mildew were so heavy, but it does not require scrubbing as the instructions claim. Didn't Stand Up to Expectations

I bought this product to take the mold/mildew off our deck and it really didn't perform well at all. Went over a number of areas three times to no avail. Might be OK on siding which is it's main purpose, but don't buy it to clean a wood deck.

Don't bother buying anything else

Because of the first wet fall and winter in a couple of years, we had a major bloom of mold and mildew on the house. I wasn't sure if the pressure washer was going to be up to the task. We normally use the other major commercial brand of house wash, but the pressure washer really does all the work. I did a little research and had my husband buy this. We sprayed it on and the mold disappeared within 5 minutes. The pressure washer was only needed to remove the wash and get the hard to reach areas....

works great on algae and mold

I wish I had taken before photos I just didn't think of it. Actually, I didn't think this stuff would work as well as it did on my aluminum siding of my shed. After 11 years the yellow paint was black in many areas facing north, just full of black mold and general dirt. I did as they said, sprayed water on my plants around the area first. Minimal improvement after 2 times

After reading all the reviews, I decided to try this product rather than a pressure washer. Found it to be quite cumbersome in an enclosed area. Surface mold was removed partially,however, after two treatments staining on brick remains. I even attempted to scrub the area. I will be returning the second bottle I purchased unopened.

100% Garbage

This product is terrible, I followed the directions to a T and it didn't clean any of the mildew/mold/algae off of any of my homes surfaces. 100% garbage and a waste of money

Used on Outbuilding Siding

I used this product to clean the exterior of my workshop/outbuilding. I decided to try this product after reading the reviews on it. Due to the size of the building, I figured one container of the product might work but after more thought, I decided to get 2 bottles. Really Works!

I had heavy green mold/moss on the north side of my house's vinyl siding. This product works wonders. I did, however, have to treat it twice, but the siding is gleaming --almost like new! It was amazing to see the mold just disappear before my eyes. I also sprayed the siding near my front door/porch where lots of dead insects accumulated due to the porch light being on during the evenings. Once again, this product did a really good job.
