This is a newer version of what was in this house when I bought it. The existing one (presumably about 20 years old) had less than perfect performance. It's good to have a newer one, functioning as it should.

Love my new faucet. Was concerned about getting new one because I really liked my old one that I've had for many years. This is much lighter wand and spray is super easy to use. Very pleased.

I will not recommend this faucet.
Would Not RecommendI liked this faucet for a year or so until it would not rotate anymore. Moen sent free parts to fix it and some of the parts looked like the right ones. But in four attempts accumulating about ten hours of work, I was never able to remove the crown nut to get it open and replace those parts. I am installing a different brand now.

This faucet was sent by Moen under their limited lifetime warranty to replace a kitchen faucet that had served us well for 19 years until it broke. That faucet, the Extensa , has been discontinued and this one was most similar in design. Moen is a very reputable company which stands behind its products and honors its warranties. Plastic and poorly designed
It's mostly plastic! When it's 15' up on the shelf at the big box store you don't know it's mostly plastic. The angle of the spray is wrong, mostly in a downward angle. It's hard to spray the sides of the sink. I'm sorry I bought this.
