Beautiful faucet, BAD on the mechanics/instruction
The person who was installing the faucet on our new cabinet read the instructions and said it was strange that the cone gasket was supposed go with the narrow end up because it probably wouldn't seal properly. Sure enough--he followed the instructions, tested the system, and it leaked immediately right at the point of the gasket. He disassembled the unit, reinstalled it following the instructions, and it leaked again. I then turned to the reviews on the Lowe's site, and one person had the same i...
Faucet looks nice, but drain is terrible. AVOID.
Would Not RecommendWARNING: This product is a waste of your money. Install wasn't too difficult, however, after only a few months the drain became clogged. The plastic drain mechanism is so poorly designed that it easily traps build-up over time. Don't waste your money, unless you want to disassemble the drain every 4-6 months to unclog the gunk.

to much plastic
had to use 100% silicone instead of putty to get the drain to seal. forget that seal they include. koeler sells the exact plastic junk drain. be prepared to replace the stopper alot. If you use the silicone make sure you let it sit overnight to dry.
