Upper "gooseneck" tube loose. Witholding judgement
The upper gooseneck tube is loose (rotationally). Swivels 360 degrees with little or no resistance. The faucet looks good, but feels flimsy when rotating the upper portion.

Would RecommendI just installed my new faucet, and it was so easy! Provided tool to tighten faucet made it easy to tighten. Water lines are simple to route up and out of the way. Love how the hose weight clamps on instead of like a doughnut that slides on the hose. Chose this model because the style is not too traditional, not too modern, right in the middle. No fingerprint finish is a huge plus! Love the extra power boost feature as well!
