After first purchasing and installing I noticed that when engaging the shutoff switch on the wand, it did not completely shutoff the flow of water, allowing a fair amount of water to still pour through. Would Not RecommendWe purchased this shower head a year ago when we redid our bathroom. The magnetic attached head started leaking and caused water damage outside of our tub. Moen sent us a new one, and the same problem happened. The water dripping down the groutlines could not be stopped by a shower curtain or even the barrier we installed at the edge of our tub.
