After I had marked and drilled for the mounting bracket I discovered the installation wall bracket was not the correct one and there was no Allen wrench. The little plastic bag that was in the box had never been opened. This had to be a mistake from the factory because the packaging had never been opened. I went back to Lowes the next day and got a new package...
