Trust MOEN, they standby the product.
First off the store puts display so far out of reach you cant touch it, if I knew half was plastic I would have passed on purchase. Second, it leaked from unit. Called MOEN and they replaced unit. I like MOEN products, but not exactly what I expected with the plastic.

Works well - feels cheap
This faucet is replacing a 10-year old Moen faucet - it works the same, but the spray head feels very flimsy and appears to be make out of cheap plastic. It works fine, but hoping for no problems in the future.

Can't evaluate faucet because it has been over a week that has gone by for the PREPAID installer to call to make an appointment , After two calls to Lowes install support I still DO NOT have an appointment. Maybe the holidays are hard time to get things done but they at least should have called and scheduled it.

I was pleased with how easy it was to install -- with the old faucet out of the way, the Moen Koa was in and connected in 10 minutes.
