Would RecommendI have been using the shower head for about a month. Initially I was not thrilled with the water pressure, so took out the water saving device. Since removing the water saving device the pressure is much better! On that note, the device was found in the bottom of the handle and is gray in color. I could not pull it out, had to actually "punch" the bottom piece out and then shake it out of the handle. Fortunately, I didn't break anything! Would Not RecommendThese are made poorly. Broke off at where you attach to the pipe. Thin plastic. Looked good for 3 months. Lousy eingineering.

Would RecommendI'm happy with the Moen Caldwell shower head. I tried and returned shower heads from another brand (cheap plastic parts broke). The initial build quality is much better with this Moen. The connectors are stronger and make a leak-free fit. Water pressure is good and the 5 settings are enough for me and my wife.
