Works well, seems well made,not much water pressure though.

I needed to replace the shower head.

I needed to replace the shower head in the main bath and since I already have this model in the master bath, I know how great it is. I am a 78 years old woman and found it very easy to replace.

Very functional

Our old one leaking so got this one, able to change it right away easy to install.we have little kids,handheld showerhead easy to give them baths.very functional and our kids love it .Shower head has 8 speeds to choose from very easy to change knob for options.overall it’s worth the money spent

Best handheld shower

This is the best hand held shower I have ever owned.

DO NOT BUY... AT ALL... safety hazard.

After a good 7 months of use this shower head started getting leaky and the water pressure started to diminish. Which I didn’t take seriously, one day I go to use it and it has brown mold on one half of the nozzle. It is a downright safety hazard.

Had to replace a very old shower head, and I always wanted a handheld shower if I chose to use that option or not. There were many to chose from at Lowes, and some quit expensive; not knowing too many brand names except Delta and Moen, I went with this Moen because of the name and price. It was very easy to install, and I was very pleased with the water flow options, particularly the pulsating which is great for my shoulders and back. Great value, user-friendly

Unsure if something under $30 would be worth it, I gave this a shot. I used thread seal tape to allow for a better seal (duh) with a slightly looser hand-tightening because of reviews saying theirs broke. I’ve had no crack, leaks, or failures in 3 months. It looks and feels so much better than I thought a plastic shower head could. There’s plenty of length for bathing pets or toddlers. The options are plentiful but some are nearly redundant. It might be different with better natural water pressure, but ours is mediocre. I do wish the pressure was better but at least it out performs the one we had (can't remember what kind that one was).
