Faucet 87802BL Loose

This review is a follow up to a review on 2/13/23. Moen sent me a faucet replacement since we could not get the first faucet tight it got loose again within 24 hours after use. My plumber installed the replacement faucet in March 2023 and today the faucet is loose from below. This faucet may be too top heavy and it becomes loose. This has never happened to us before. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss.

Problems after just a year.

Moen. Buy it for looks, Buy it for life... (Take it apart once a year, Maybe even twice) Already having cartridge issues after just a year of usage. Cannot recommend.

Low water pressure

I was misled by all these good reviews. This thing has terrible water pressure. It started out ok but kind of low, and then continued to get weaker the more we used it. Then it would randomly fluctuate. It might have been an installation problem. Ultimately we returned it after 2 weeks. It looks comically large in person. It's a few inches taller than other faucets of comparable style. We got a different brand to replace it and the water pressure is wayyy better.

Beautiful

I purchased the Moen Gooseneck faucet in 2021 and after 14-months the faucet came loose from the base. We kept tightening the hardware and a few days later the same. After several times to attempt to tighten the bolt we gave up and called Moen. Well they sent us some hardware which we changed out and it did absolutely nothing. We need a full replacement of the faucet. It looks beautiful however it should of not broken so soon.

A GREAT faucet for a GREAT price!

This was exactly what I was looking for! It looks great and was easy to install. I have been using it for a nearly a year now, and no problems! I highly recommend this to give a modern look to an older kitchen...

Moen Bad Customer Service

Purchased the goose 87802BL gooseneck faucet exactly 1-year after installation the faucet becomes loose and had to tighten it several times however keeps coming loose. I called Moen and they want me to replace the inside mechanism so if it happens again they can send another faucet. I wont be buying this brand anymore instead buying a cheaper brand that needs replacing every couple of years. If you want it to last just don't use your kitchen faucet.

Faucet corroded

The faucet corrored only 1 month after it was installed.

I really like this faucet. The ability to pull out and move the sprayer has really been a huge benefit. I am now able to wash my big stock pot and it is soooo very easy to fill up pots and the coffee maker with the extending hose. I like that there is a switch to change from a regular stream to the sprayer. My last one I had to hold the sprayer all the time to use it. As I have arthritis, this was difficult for me. unimpressive

i bought this to replace a broken delta pulldown. the way this seals and locks in to my grantite sink is pretty dissapointing. the seal is some kind of cheap plastic. the moen quick connect for the pulldown hose starting leaking immediatly. just a few drips here and there when you could use the pulldown. the kinds of drips youd overlook until it damage was done. especially irritating is the fact that the delta had redundant o rings on thier wuick connect and this moen has one low quality nitril...

Hot Water stopped working after two weeks

Had it professionally installed and it looked great. It worked great for two weeks then Hot water blew out completely. Only cold water worked. Similar issue to what others have reported.
