The texture is light and airy, which makes a huge difference for seed starting—it doesn’t feel compacted or heavy like some other mixes I’ve tried. It drains well but still holds enough moisture, and it seems to have the right nutrients to give seedlings a strong start. I also like that a single bag goes a long way—you can fill quite a few pots with it. I honestly didn’t find any major downsides for indoor seed starting.
