Would RecommendThe delivery men broke off the drain pipe while attempting to install the washing machine, and we had to repair this ourselves. Lowes did reimburse us for the cost of the materials, but having to repair it was inconvenient and frustrating. The delivery men were difficult to communicate with because they didn't speak or understand English well.

Would RecommendGood product. Bags were wet but no big deal. Used in 5 gallon containers after mixing with 30% perlite. Be careful if you do the same and buy perlite, check the reviews for vendors that actually ship the order.
