Would Not RecommendThis is the worst product I have ever used. Dried a pasty white color, completely changed the appearance of the stain. May have picked up some older/bad cans not sure, but I'm not willing to find out.

Two coats needded - not one
Would RecommendAfter one coat of Polycrylic Max the finish is a bit rough. If you sand smooth with 120 then 180 grit, then apply a heavy second coat the finish is great!

Too thick
Would Not RecommendIt’s just too thick. I get the concept, one coat and you’re done. To finish this looks horrible. Used 2 to 3 coat one I went to dry and sand in between. Takes more time, but the finish is way better.

Not good result
Would Not RecommendAfter one coat, the bowl I coated still needed sanding, and in some of the areas the product had dripped so much that I had to sand in the whole bowl and do it all over again.

Easy to use
Would RecommendEasy to stir and apply. Brush cleanup is easy with water. Sanding afterwards is super easy and does not take much effort. Dries quickly.

Excellent application with a sprayer
Would RecommendI loved the ease with which this applied with my sprayer. I used two coats with a very light sanding with 320 in between and my pieces felt smooth and protected. I bought another gallon to use on additional projects.

Would Not RecommendFor starters, I am an experienced DIY-er with plenty of projects under my belt including refinishing furniture and varnishing classic mahogany boats. I have used many products and this one was the worst by far! I usually use Minwax Polycrylic (with the aqua label) for my top coats on high use furniture, and that stuff is a dream!
