Great product for my needs. I used “sample paint” on a dresser later coming to the understanding that sample paint doesn’t have primer typically. With help from the employee in paint he advised me on this product. Essentially encapsulated the paint I used providing the paint and wood with protection.

Prep your wood surface smooth with 120 sandpaper
Clean up is water and soup to save brushes. Gloss Finish came out very well with 2 coats.

Would RecommendThis was really easy to use and goes on smoothly with a good quality brush. We used this to seal our wood(oak) kitchen counters. It took us about 5 rounds of sand, coat, sand, coat to get the coverage and finish that we were happy with. Cleans up easily with soap and water, which is a huge plus over the oil-based poly.
