Nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used this is cover my sister older wooden deck at her place, it went on quite easily and dried quickly which was very helpful because their deck is the way they enter and exit their mobile home. It turned out good and looked better after it was complete. She is elderly and she was very pleased by the results.

The best oil based polyurethane out there

Drys rough to the touch??

I put this on perfectly smooth wood, when it drys it feels like 80 grit sandpaper.. It's says "LEVELING" ??

Vey unpredictable quality

I use a lot of Minwax clear polyurethane spray, but the sheen has been extremely unpredictable lately. I use the semi-gloss, but it can range from satin to high gloss and I won't know until I try it. I even bought an automatic shaker to see if I could get better results, but it didn't help. I use it in production where I need to keep a consistent quality, so it has turned into a major problem. I’m in the process of trying other products now, because Minwax sure ain’t what it used to be.

Highly recommend—durable and fast drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This polyethylene is super helpful. I like a flat finish that is durable and with little odor. This has a bit of a harsh smell but it disappears quickly after it has dried. Drying time is also amazing, allowing me to finish my project fast and enjoy it for years to come without any issues. I have tried other brands but I do not like them as much as minwax as they are not as durable.

Intense fumes

Just put on first coat to wainscott boards in my basement. The fumes were so intense that it literally got me high and I had to get out of the house. The offgassing from the fumes continued long after the boards had dried. This is the worst experience I've had with oil based polyurethane.. high and I had

Great paint coverage

Smooth and not shiny

Never disappoints

Love it

Beautiful wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe it. This has brought out the beautiful color of the wood on my stairs. The drying time is not what I was hoping for. It took some time, but polyurethane does take some time. I would suggest to make sure it's well ventilated. Even though it was in a big room the doors and windows should be opened.

Low odor and a great finish

We finished the wood first with sanding 100 grit and a second pass with 250 grit for a smooth surface. Next step was the polyurethane. We did this indoors since the weather outside is still too cold.
