Would Not RecommendThe fan is very nicely designed and is visually impressive with a modern look.,however it sometimes seems to have a mind of its own. The speed will sometimes fluctuate un commanded waking me up at night. It also makes a clicking noise intermittently.

Fan Humming
Would Not RecommendI had a Minka fan before and it was very quite. Installed this one in my bedroom and the humming was so bad I had to turn it off. I will be returning even though I paid for an electrician to install and now uninstall. Disappointed although love the look.

Would RecommendLooks great, just as we had hoped, and works well. Pretty quiet, but not whisper quiet. Simple remote control works well, but it would be nicer if fan direction could be reversed with the remote control rather than with a switch on the fan housing.
