Works like a charm, I'm using an older craftsman brand router, it took a few times spinning the base plate to figure out which holes line up, but once that's sort it works well.

Circle Guide Kit

I like this guide kit, and it allows for very clean, finished circles. It is a little balky and the instructions could be a little clearer, so I've given it 4, instead of 5, stars. The biggest issue I've had with it is that the only option for anchoring the axis point is with a through-nail or a screw. This is problematic when the mounting point is part of your finished surface (shower surround, for example). I melted a coupling nut into the plastic ferrule to receive a small bolt that I run...

The circle guides work perfect. Just becareful using the screw supplied to hold the center piece to the wood. Its not long and backs out mid cut. A longer screw fixes the problem and its smooth sailing from there on out. Very happy with this purchase.

Handy, decent construction

Pleasantly surprised that holes from 1.5" to 51" diameter can be cut using this. It was a bit cumbersome swapping my router's base plate for this since it is a universal fit (hardware is included, just line up the holes). My router is the Bosche 2.25 hp (model# 1617EVSPK).

Works great!

Easy to use. Requires a small amount of setup, but once it is ready it works like a charm. Cuts large and small circles accurately and cleanly. Super glad I bought this.

Does a lot

I actually bought this kit for the mounting plate as I already have both the offset base and the circle Guide But needed another base for another router. I have these bases on four routers and love the versatility of the milescraft system. you can do circles, templates, edge guided routing, offset routing, dadoes, or use the bushings with just 1 base and clipping on the appropriate accessory.

Does everything it was designed to do. Works just fine. Should get many years of use out of it. Have not noted any "weak links" in design or ease of use.

Circle Guide

I bought this because I borrowed a friends before and liked it. The only thing I didn't like about it is the center guide. Because it is a nail in, you have to be careful pulling it out of hardwoods not to bend the nail or break the rim around it. Other than that this thing is great, which is why I bought one for myself.
