Not good

First, this unit does NOT have a light in thge lower half... impossible to find anything. The lack of light is anoying, but I could have lived with it, but... whenever you close the top section, it causes the bottom door to open just a little, maybe a half inch, then when you come back the next day, everyting in the lower half is thawed out.

Flexibility

The Flexibility to use the top or bottom as a fridge, freezer, or both is unlike most other things i've seen. Works perfectly as a garage fridge!

Fridge/Freezer

This freezer is so easy to use and so versatile. I love that I can choose total fridge, fridge/freezer, or total freezer. Very cool concept and it works great.

Perfect for a garage refridge

There is no lower level light.

I don’t like that the bottom freezer has no light. Everything else is superb. Easy to adjust operating functions. Sleek and cool.

It is REALLY quiet,

The only reason to mark it down is I like to have some drinks colder than this will allow the refrigerator to go. The coldest setting for the fridge is 36f / 2c. But aside from that we're really liking it. And it is REALLY quiet.

Amazing Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this appliance! Our old garage fridge was bulky and huge. We ran out of space in the fridge and hardly used the freezer. I love that I can turn this into double fridge and make it be a freezer when needed. It’s small enough to not take up too much space, but gives us the exact same amount of storage. I think we’ve even noticed a decrease in our electric bill! All around this thing is ergonomic and useful!

Why 4 not 5 Stars

I read a lot of reviews for this item before purchasing so I was aware of the door popping open issue. Mine is compeletely level. The top door does pop open even when the bottom door is softly closed. I am trying to get in the habit of putting a hand on the upper when closing the lower. No light in the bottom could be a problem for some, but where mine is located in the garage it is not a problem. The good things are 1. Glass shelves. 2.
