Horrible. Do not buy.

Purchased this unit in Feb 2026. Freezer initially worked well but around a month later turns contents into melted soupy mess. Do not waste your money on this product. I lost everything. Dealing with customer service yielded nothing so far… definitely a language barrier.

I think it is really neat that it can convert from fridge to freezer to suit our needs! It cools down rapidly. The front accessibility panel keeps you from opening the door and letting all the cool air out. It is a little shorter than usual, but that doesn’t matter because it is not in our kitchen.

So far I like the freezer..I’ve. Only had it for a few weeks I like that it can be both freezer or fridge. It has a lock on the outside. Time will tell if it can stand the test of time when I dont need it to be a freezer any more and can switch to fridge.

This unit can be set to fridge or freezer which is great. The shelving and drawers are solid, not wire which was a huge factor in my decision. The rear has wheels making it easy to move and adjustable front feet to make balancing easy.
