Great combo set!

Both of these drills are fantastic. The batteries are lightweight and the grips are very comfortable. The impact driver helped me get a lot of pesky screws out of some old construction. My only complaint would be that I wish the drill had 3 speeds. The two it has are pretty fast, and sometimes I need a more delicate touch.

Good product for the money! Had my old Hitachi for 18 years which is why i bought this item.

Power Combo

We had an old yellow drill but it was failing on us. We got this kit and woah! I could definitely feel the difference. it's very powerful! Both tools are lightweight which I love, but both are very powerful. So far I'm loving it!

Great Impact Driver

I have used several different drills and impact drivers at home and at work. This driver has out performed them all. It's light weight, reliable, and has plenty of power. Would highly recommend.

Long lasting battery, great power for any task

Bought the combo about four months ago. Does it all, great power to drive screws into any material. Only flaw is the drill bit will come loose at times and interrupt work. Batteries are great, have only recharged three times so far and get a lot of use out of them.

Good Tools.

I have used Hitachi (now called Metabo) cordless tools for several years. Starting with their 12 volt combo kit. Which I still have and use. And now the 18 volt models. Light, compact and powerful. At a very fair price. A co-worker has the yellow colored cordless tools, but uses my Metabos anytime he can. He also appreciates their size, light weight and performance.

I bought this to replace an old Porter cable impact. The battery life is unbelievable!

I love this little tools I’ve been using them for about 3 months using them to drive 3 1/2 inch deck screws and so far no issues I definitely recommend them you won’t be disappointed

I bought this to replace two tools,drill,impact. i bought a drill chuck to work in this impact so have two tools in one. I have had this for two years.

Great features

It has been a great opportunity for my ag mechanics class to learn on such quality tools. The 18V MultiVolt Impact driver and drill have all of the power I could have asked for and is super light compared to the competition.

Quite excellent entry level Drill/Driver set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit is good quality, decent power and exceptionally ergonomic. A good entry level drill and driver set. The Drill does not have a hammer feature. The Impact Driver had surprising power and speed. Both units are very compact with short stocks for tight spaces.

Highly recommended

In my professional field of carpentry. I use a lot of heavy duty tools. And I can’t express how much I love these metabo hpt drills the power is mind blowing. I do prefer the ip56. But these are so similar. The new detectors on the battery are so much easier to look at your charge. I have put these drills though some wood concrete you name it hands down top of the line!!
