Need more management on duty
We waited in line and were going to purchase some ooops paint. The cashier was great but needed approval for the marked down paint. She called several times to get approval and no one ever came. We were holding up the line and another cashier had to come and open a second line. We ended up leaving the paint and purchased the rest of our things. Not a great day at Lowes. This is what happens when you cut labor, you also cut revenue on purchases when we can't get help when needed.
