Maytag isn't the quality it used to be

I had to unplug the washer from the electrical outlet/supply to get it to stop spinning (had been spinning for at least 1.5 hours before I found it). Horrible wrinkles!!!!
Would Not RecommendI purchased this washer hoping for great results, but it has been a huge disappointment. No matter the cycle or the settings, my clothes come out of the wash heavily wrinkled. I reached out to Lowes and they only give you 48 hours to return. Very sad to see Lowes is not guarantee their product. I then reached out to the company hoping for an exchange or refund, but they refused to help. Their lack of support has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this washer to anyone. Sad to say...
