Great way to meet repair man.

I bought mine the 1st of July 2025 had my first repair call in September a relay went out, November moter went out January pump went out oh forgot December filter went out. March mother board that they can't find aa replacement for. But when it did run it was super. But for 900.plus what with the stand and extended protection closer to 1100. Not good

OK washer. Stupid design. Not worth it.

Many issues with this washer. It’s the dumbest design ever, not being able to access the filter when it clogs (because it eill). The pet pro function is worthless. I have two dogs and the washer could not handle the winter/spring shedding off my clothes. In 2 months we had to try access the filter (THERE’S NO REMOVABLE COMPARTMENT) by removing the entire front panel which will not come off if you don’t take the top panel. Love my magtag

Great capacity!

I had a Maytag washer previously that was a great appliance and when I moved to my new house, I immediately knew I was going to purchase a Maytag. This new washer has a huge capacity - I can do in one load what used to take me 2! Quiet, easy to use and gets everything clean.

BINGO! The Best Washer Ever!!

Our clothing, bedding, towels and dog beds are squeaky clean, soft and have a fresh scent. Highly recommend for anyone, especially people who are owned by fur and feather babies. We have always purchased Maytag products however this washer is extraordinary and a “dream come true.”

Pet Option is Great!

When washing bedding, towels or large amounts of items, when the spin cycle runs it knocks on the door which is the sound and left a nice mar above the window of the door. Door does not reverse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot reverse the door. Yes it does the other things well but reversing the door has been around for twenty years and this one doesn’t. I would not have purchased it had I known.

Where’s the filter?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new wash machine but didn’t know the filter would be so difficult to clean out. I guess I am forced to call a repair man just to do a simple task. This is poorly designed. There is no trap door or utility drawer like the videos show on this model. So far that’s my only complaint

DO NOY PURCHASE

Nothing but issues. Product is less than 2 years old and I’ve had to replace the lid lock, drain pump, and actuator TWICE & it doesn’t work again after a few weeks. Officially doing away with it and getting something else.. NOT Maytag. Worst warranty and washer for what you pay!

Great machine in the very aspect.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

EXTREMLEY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS MACHINE. CAN'T RUN TWO LOADS IN A ROW WITHOUT ERROR MESSAGES AND SHUTTING DOWN. REPAIR GUY JUST SAID IT'S BECAUSE OF WIFI. I HAVE THE APP. IT'S CONNECTED. STILL ERROR MESSAGES. WE JUST WANT TO RUN SIMPLE LOADS OF LAUNDRY. IS THAT SO DIFFICULT. FAQ AND TROUBLE SHOOTING WONT RECOGNIZE OUR MODEL NUMBER AND THE PHONE IS NO GOOD ON THE WEEKEND SO WE'RE OUT OF LUCK.
