heavy duty, drys quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer about 6 months ago. We have two construction workers in the family and a 150 pound mastiff. This dryer handles all the heavy duty work clothes and the dog beds and rugs. The filter is easy to clean and it runs quietly. I really like the drum light so I can find all the stray socks.

This washer has me steamed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this new Maytag with Steam feature for over a month now. Night and day over my old washer. My old washer sounded like a jet engine taking off during the spin cycle. I am very please with how quiet this one is. I still haven't figured out all the features yet, but am enjoying the adventure.Oh, by the way, it cleans my clothes well.

Maxima Steam Gas Dryer

Really nice dryer. We were happy to find that it was made in the USA. JUST WHAT WE WANTED. I haven't had the opportunity to use the steam feature yet because the machine has done such a great job that it hasn't been necessary. Although I am very pleased with my choice, I would have preferred to have the choice of having the controls on the bottom of the machine as I am very small and my space is limited and I must stack the set. Consumer reports winner does not disappoint!

I bought this dryer after researching many online reviews and my in laws consumer reports. This dryer is large enough for even our king comforter, and it still works great with small loads. The steam boost, refresh and static reducer are all features I've been spoiled with & love. We've owned for 13months now & I have yet to find one con for this dryer.

I was looking at washers and dryers, but decided to go with this set. The steam function works pretty well at helping to reduce wrinkles.I have been using the reduce static setting and it seems to be helping reduce any extra static cling.The only issue I have is sometimes it stops the dryer too soon and clothes will still be damp. I adjust the standard setting according to manual and it has helped. I'm playing with some of the cycles more as well to see how that helps.Typically the dryer only ru...

Nice Machine

I bought this machine a month ago to replace our old dryer of 10 years. Really like the steam feature. It is better than just tumbling clothes to release wrinkles, as it saves me from having to iron. It holds quite a bit, which makes me happy.

Great efficiency in a dryer!

I bought this dryer 2 months ago and I am very happy with the results. The no- wrinkle drying cycle is wonderful. The clothes come out like they were just ironed. Drying times seem to be less as well. And the quietness of the machine is much appreciated.

This is the best dryer! I tend to leave my clothes in the dryer for too long so being able to have it tumble the clothes every so often is a bonus.

I bought this a month ago with a Maytag Washer and the pair work seamlessly together. I love the touch panel and energy saving features. My clothes come out with less wrinkles and without having to extend cycles.
