Gas dryer works great and I love the front-loading!

Massive 7.3CF Capacity Dryer! Love it!

Very LARGE 7.3CF dryer. Operates very quietly and dries thoroughly. I particular like the wrinkle prevention extra tumbles after the cycle is complete and you forgot to get your clothes out. Note: If you are going to use the steam function, you need to purchase a two-way hose diverter and an extra hose to attach to the dryer. Additionally, you will need to remove a metal cover to access the hose connection, which was simple.

Nat Gas Dryer

Don't use Lowe's gas install team. Incompetent!

The product was fine.. Sales / customer service was horrid. I originally purchase this as a matching stacking set with the washer. Because this was a gas dryer, I went with the Lowe's third party gas installer (All Day Plumbing and Heating). Their communication and availability was terrible. They said that I needed a Gas Pressure test (@ $750). No one mentioned that this was mandatory when I made the purchase. fancy looking but don't get FOOL

we bought this washer/dryer set in Nov 2025. it is a beautiful set, washer is huge and works well. the dryer is the disappointment, 3 months later it decides to stop drying. i had it on regular cycle x2 and the clothes came out very DAMP. for a high end quality appliance, this is a huge blow and disappointment. i scheduled a service call, maytag outsourced to goodman solutions in our area and the guy spent 5 mins on it, did not FIX the issue and called it "our vents are blocked" how can this be ...

Great dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my new dryer for a week so haven’t really gotten that much use out of it or even learned all the features. But I will say it is lovely to look at, the things I have dried so far have been dried to perfection. I’m quite pleased with my purchase and I only hope that this dryer lasts as long as my last Maytag dryer did for 20+ years. I would highly recommend this dryer to all.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works farily well but sometimes does not dry the clothes all the way despite having the setting on maximum dryness. This is after owning the dryer for only 3 weeks. Very disappointing.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plastic front door cover falls off constantly. The terrible start button, the 3-2-1 count down frequently doesn’t work the first time. And the dryer occasionally squeaks when running. Huge disappointment with Maytag, for an expensive dryer.
