Had the machine for a couple weeks now and I can tell you a few things for certain: the machine is huge with the capacity for a King comforter, it agitates nicely and cleans clothes very well, but it is a noisy beast overall. I would have loved an added feature of the machine playing a noise to alert you when it is done. I am pleased with the purchase thus far. Here’s hoping it is also durable and lasts a good long while.

I figured that it was a well-known brand that had been around for a long time. The washing machine lasted us approximately 8 years which was a bit of a disappointment considering it comes with a 10-year warranty on some of its parts. Would Not Recommend
Would Not Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After 2 years of (very occasional) use (at our cottage) the fabric softener does not dispense. We have cleaned out the dispenser unit but still nothing. Not having a centre agitator, sheets get tangled across the entire surface of the load. Would not recommend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought 5 1/2 years and worked well for us. Agitator failed, very difficult to remove as shaft rusted and thus needed to break wash plate off. Though it has a 10 yr warranty, nearest service center was 250 km away and I would have to have paid labor and mileage. Parts were about $200, I bought 3rd party parts.

Lots of options

Very Disappointed in this Washer
I will have had this product 4 years 09-24-2020 and it has been repaired 3 times and needs to be repaired again 3 times for the same problem and of course not in warranty. I would not recommend Maytag to any one.

Disappointed
Bought my washing machine 4 years ago and now it is so off balanced that it "walks". I've changed the suspension rods with no change. And, of course, the warranty is useless. It looks like I wasted my hard earned $. Maytag used to be the best, not anymore.

Always breaking
Bought extended 5 yr warranty from Home Depot. Will never buy a Maytag or anything for HD. Impella agitator stopped working w/i 2 years. Fixed. Within 9 mos or so. Broke again. Same issue. Next guy came out and said the first guy didn’t replace all the parts. Had to REBUILD. Entire washer. Within 6-9 months broken again. Terrible product
I bought the Maytag bravos mct washer and matching dryer at Lowe’s in 2018. In 2020 the washer stopped working. we bought a new one, same model. In the 4 years since the motor has gone out, the washer basket hub has broken twice and the tension springs have given way. I am a single person that does just a few small loads a week.
