Would Not Recommend
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After 2 years of (very occasional) use (at our cottage) the fabric softener does not dispense. We have cleaned out the dispenser unit but still nothing. Not having a centre agitator, sheets get tangled across the entire surface of the load. Would not recommend.

Started out hating it now she loves it
Pat likes to fill the tub, Pat likes to beat laundry with an agitator all day long. Pat believe too much is not enough. She only got this washer because I told her it did everything she wanted. Lasted 5.5 years
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought 5 1/2 years and worked well for us. Agitator failed, very difficult to remove as shaft rusted and thus needed to break wash plate off. Though it has a 10 yr warranty, nearest service center was 250 km away and I would have to have paid labor and mileage. Parts were about $200, I bought 3rd party parts.

First and foremost, we only rated this machine one star because we couldn’t go any lower. We had high expectations, being a Maytag appliance therefore we did not do our due diligence. We can only blame ourselves for that. We agree with the previous reviews that the clothes do not get clean on top or on the bottom either due to lack of agitation. Always breaking
Bought extended 5 yr warranty from Home Depot. Will never buy a Maytag or anything for HD. Impella agitator stopped working w/i 2 years. Fixed. Within 9 mos or so. Broke again. Same issue. Next guy came out and said the first guy didn’t replace all the parts. Had to REBUILD. Entire washer. Within 6-9 months broken again. Great washer once you understand it
Lowes had a great price, but none in stock, and they let us take the one off the floor, which was awesome because doing without a washer for a family of 4 is BAD! Now, about the washer itself... Mad at First Until!
2 days after I had this washer delivered I was very depressed as the water level was awful when I did a Normal wash, the Problem was NORMAL No longer means Normal , Normal now means Women's underwear or fine linens etc, If your a guy and want to wash jeans towels etc, You have to use Power wash or deep water wash and warm water and then the sensors put in the right amount of water to cover the clothes by about an inch which is fine as they came out very clean.
