So far so good. I was able to find 3 other 4 pack padlocks with the same key number making it 12 locks in all with opening with one key

TWO KEYS

No where on the box does it say how many keys are included. Well it’s two. Four locks and two keys. Locks work well and the convenience of all the same key code are great
