Fire in the Hopper 2
Would Not RecommendFire in hopper first stove! Fire in hopper second stove! Cleaned it every day and major clean weekly. Fire only in the hopper which filled room with smoke, melted hopper door handle, control panel, lid sensor and wire and thermostat wire. Everything below the hopper was fine. there is a severe design flaw somewhere in the unit, fire was same place in both hoppers.

Would Not RecommendHad 3 fires in the hopper! Customer service wouldn’t help at all. Don’t buy MASTER FORGE!! After replacing the motherboard. Another problem arose the next week!

Would Not RecommendAs with many of the other reviews, I had one good season with the stove. The second season, there was an overfeeding of pellets into the burn pot. I did a shut down but the overfeed continued to burn as the panel was reading "shutting down". My house filled with smoke. I realized the hopper was smoldering. Caught on fire
Would Not RecommendThis stove caught on fire! Luckily, I decided to work from home for the afternoon and it’s a good thing, otherwise my rental house would’ve burned down. The entire thing caught on fire and the fire went right through the hopper. I diligently cleaned this weekly and kept up on maintenance even though the owners purchased a year ago! I’m in shock this thing is still in stores, considering all the reviews about fires! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Would Not RecommendOnly a matter of time before someone’s house catches fire. Can’t believe there isn’t a class action lawsuit yet. Our home just filled with smoke within 30min. Fire spread into the hopper instead of remaining contained in the burn pot.

Would Not RecommendStove hopper caught on fire. Was regularly cleaned and deep cleaned. Customer service was great but they wanted to replace parts on a damaged stove instead of replacing the entire unit or refunding it. Do not bother with this stove you will be dissatisfied

Would Not RecommendStay clear of this brand. Myself and countless people have had the exact same issue of the stove catching fire from new. The company will come up with 500 excuses of how it’s somehow your fault and will not replace the stove. Save yourself the hassle and save your house from burning down.

Would RecommendI've this stove 2 winters going on three. never had an issue that wasn't caused by me. cleaning out the pipe and burning good pellets is always key to having a good stove. I put b-veny through the wall and up the side of the house. this is just for a good draft to let any smoke out if it runs out of pellets when I'm not home. my ranch home is 2000 sq ft. it works to get it up to temp but when it does it has no problem keeping it there. I would recommend changing the auto clean cycle from 60 min....

Would Not RecommendI do not recommend. I had this stove for about 13 months. Turned stove off and it said it was turning off on the display. Woke up an hour later and the stove was still on and my house was full of smoke. The stove was clean and this problem was not because the stove was dirty. The tray that catches the ash was about 20% full at the most. The cup that catches the pellets was overflowing with hard charcoal. It’s like the chute that sends the pellets let two cups of pellets through at the same time....
