For the price I guess.

It waste a lot of pellets. A lot of unburned pellets at the bottom.

This is 100% a scam they know these are garbage I've had 4 they all break within a month dont buy manufacturer is a scammer dont buy they wont help you they just want to scam you once you know you know nothing one will help you with these its literally a lemon they dont work they are faulty I 100% know there will be a huge lawsuit look at the fake 5 star review then just as many 1 star aka lowes is also in on it why did I pay for a extended protection for wait a week to get not a stove just cash...

Do Not Buy!!!

The auger just decided to stop working right in malfunction to where it constantly fed the pellet stove, which led it to over fill and burn back up into the hopper. It about caught my house on fire!!!

The heat output on this pellet stove is incredible!! That and the fact that installation was simple and quick!!! There are a ton of videos online that make installation very simple!!!!

Easy to put together and get started. It heats the area nicely.

Pellet stove 1200SQ FT

I've had this unit for 3 months and it seems to function properly. No issues with starting, burning or shutting down. I have noticed that you MUST keep it clean between burns. I clean this unit after each day of operation and had no issues. I only burn premium oak pellets which I purchase at ATWOODS in Oklahoma. I also have owned the larger 2000 sq ft unit for a couple years and never had any issues.

Caught fire

Had issues with this within a week of buying, company did send parts but during second season of running it burned into hopper wouldn't stop feeding pellets, almost burnt my house down. Company's response was its rebuildable and said wasn't cleaned right, it got cleaned daily and blowen out seasonal, melted every safty sensor and kept running. Do not buy this. Hd, tsc,lowes,rural king all the same internals and all have issues. Spend the money on a name brand stove and or get good insurance. Mr....

Dead after a few hours. $1000 paperweight

After a few hours use the heat sensor died making the stove a worthless brick. Can't access to repair because its behind a riveted panel. Lowes was no help. Seems everything you buy that is expensive from Lowes is trash. This stove is no exception.

Very Dangerous

Bought new at Lowe's ran 3 bags of pellets. Hopper caught fire. DO NOT BYE THIS STOVE.

Disappointed

Got this stove and noticed that it seemed to have been dropped or something, as the entire side is bent downward from the front to the side, with no help from the manufacturer besides sending parts and pieces. They don't seem to understand how lopsided it is and that the holes don't match up, so parts don't fit. No Help whatsoever from anyone. We spent a lot of money on a lopsided bent-down stove and are told the warranty doesn't even matter- the most ridiculous situation ever been apart of.

Less Than Ideal

I purchased this unit at the end of October, 2024 and installed it the next month. I live in Maine and wanted this to take the chill off and help reduce my heating bill. For starters, the hopper does not fit anything near 80 pounds of pellets. At most, I've gotten a bag and a half in. I noticed that when I clean it daily (yes, it has to be cleaned daily), there were a ton of unburned pellets on the side of the tray. Waste of time flawed design with no adjustability
