Would RecommendI will say I've bought lots of products from Lowes without issue(till now).The pkg.came with a discount coupon on the package itself that someone had tore off to use later.Lowes took scotch tape and wrapped it around the pkg.very poorly.I didn't notice till I was home.Lowes of course exchanged it but it should never have been put back out for sale.(I thought it had been tampered with).The new one was fine and customer service is exceptional.
