Not the quality I expected

Toilet seat moves all over the place even when tightened down. The flush is so different from my older model. You have to hold the handle down for 2-3 seconds for it to flush.

Nice Toilet, But……

I purchased this toilet because I got an exceptional price. I read a lot of the reviews which were a mixed bag, either some were very happy and others seemingly had issues. I will describe my experience. In a nutshell, it’s a nice toilet that has an excellent finish, and has strong flushing action. As many pointed out, yep, the toilet seat is very subpar. Take your time and don’t over tighten…

I had an initial problem with the tank to bowl gasket leaking. It can be tricky to find the balance of “tight enough” vs “over tightened” especially with the slight imperfections of the mating surfaces. I ultimately had to drain and remove the tank, and add a little silicone to the all of the rubber sealing parts and surfaces (bolt gaskets, main tank gasket surfaces) and retighten, but not over tighten everything. Finally got it to stop leaking, and everything is working great.

Great Comfort Height Toilet

Good price, flushes really well, easy to keep clean, easy to install. It is convenient that toilet seat is included. Style is modern. Height is convenient for everyone.

Quality with the exception of the seat

Easy to install with no issues. It's a quality toilet with one exception, the seat and lid are both very flimsy plastic. You would think for the price they could put a decent seat on it. I don't think I should have to put a new seat on a new toilet that I paid a lot of money for.

I got 6 of these toilets and installed them. Within a few weeks, one by one, I was getting complaints that the toilet is draining water throughout the night, and causing the toilet to refill the tank. I found that the issue was with the flapper, and the ring it is mated to. Leaking

Don't be fooled by this stating it's American made. We installed this toilet and it was leaking from the tank where it drains into the bowl. It took several hours for my husband emptying water, assessing, tightening bolts, only to finally find the toilet is leaking where the tank drains into the bowl. My husband has installed many toilets and we have never had this issue. This is going back and we are down a toilet because it's Sunday and everything is closed.

Great toilet, powerful flush

We liked the toilet style and remembered having Mansfield toilets as a kid. The white is actually closer to bone but that wasn't a deal breaker. It was easy to install, as long as you tighten the tank bolts in the correct pattern and as close to the same torque as possible it shouldn't leak, I used a ratchet and a socket that fit over the nylon nuts and was careful to get it tight without overdoing it.
